Same computer, different people

I have two friend who share a house, they have 1 computer.

Can i get both of them to do separate offers?

Or would one be disallowed due to the ip address of the computer?

Even though their name, dob, bank details etc would all be different?

The problem is that they share a house and terms and conditions say only one account per address

Although i suppose i should have known this already if i read what id joined up to!
