| iPod 20gb | AmazonI often here of people on several sites suggesting Amazon as a great source of greens. However, as far I can tell, Amazon just pull them straight down again. Also, it isnt really possible to make a list anymore for Ipods etc as they dont have an ISBN number which you need to create a list.... Sigh. I just cant risk my ebay account again ! |

![]() | Re: AmazonAmazon have got fed up of people advertising on their site. However Ebay are even worse by not only removing listings but banning people. Congas are almost useless since everyone wants to trade. Geting greens is now extremely difficult... Last edited by jimmy_Malit; 21-10-05 at 12:52 PM.. |

![]() | Re: AmazonI've been doing an amazon list over the past few weeks and it's quite amazing how efficient they are about clamping down now. First list I did was up there for 3 days before they pulled it... and I got a huge number of yellows - but not many turned green. Now I'm lucky if the list stays up for 3 hours! I've noticed a few other people on here with amazon lists and I'm sure they're noticing the same thing. In my opinion it's dubious whether the effort required in making a list is worthwhile anymore. And I got my eBay account suspended for listing on there. I got it back (quite luckily) but my fiancee's account was also suspended for being 'associated' with mine (i.e.: same address) and she can't get it reinstated without jumping through a few eBay hoops regarding proving her identity. Cheers, Tez. |

Also, if you get banned they are likely to also ban/suspend all other accounts with the same address. This happened to me and my fiancee; I created a couple of extra eBay accounts using some nice free hotmail email addresses... to create a sellers account I had to provide an address. What happened was that one day the account with the listing was suspended and then within a couple of days all other accounts at my address were banned. This included my fiancee's (which we've not got reinstated yet) and mine (which is now reinstated due to me pleading FRAUD and claiming I cancelled all my cards due to it). So... be careful if you don't want your account pulled from eBay... we use our accounts all the time for buying and selling and were hit quite badly by having ALL our accounts pulled just because of one. Cheers, Tez. | |

| BANNED | Re: AmazonI looked on Amazon and saw lists belonging to some familier screen names from Exceem, but they all directed to unavailable pages when clicked. Does this mean they've been pulled? |
