I have found this video on youtube, it is an american video but I thought it was quite intersting system.

This guy talks about some kind of rotation script.

Okay I'm not understanding how this works...? I mean, the guy that posted gets all the refs...so he'll really get more refs quicker than the people that sign up under him...and then what...?

Basically, he is referring you, then his angle is he will add you to a link rotator which will help but probably not guarantee all your referrals.

He is helping himself and saying he is helping you.

I find it amusing that he calls all the other sites "hoax" sites...When the principle is exactly the same.
When he said that i thought he was going to unveil some uber new method of getting a free ps3 but its exactly the same.

the more people that signup, the less likely you are to get a referral. I suppose if its popular and theres only a few people, it would be good.
