Hi, I'm new to site, so hey everyone!

When you do these freebie sites, do all of your referals have to complete every step (ie, fill out an offer and get all of their referals) before you get the product?

no - they just have to complete there own offer for you to count them as your referrals

Could you imagine that if they had to complete all there referrals before you got your credit from them !!!! - thank god that aint the case - we would be here forever .

No Joe, as Claire said - Once a person follows your link and does one offer (their activation offer is you like) they become one of your 'greens'.
