Is their a freebie site, that when you refer friends, they don't have to purchase one of the offers, but it still gives you a referall green?

none that I know of; that would be a bit too easy and the networks wouldn't be gaining anything from it so they wouldn't be able to afford the gifts...

All sites will require you and your sign ups to do an offer. Well, except RI who say you don't have to do an offer yourself but you can get two extra greens instead. But they will still have to do an offer.

Freebiejeebies will let you do this as well, you can just get three extra referrals.

you have to send them a support ticket asking if you can get 3 extra greens instead of doing an offer.

I think I read it in the terms and conditions, there is a link at the bottom of every page. I think you have to raise a support ticket.

EDIT - Sorry me just being stupid, the information is under their FAQ and not their terms and conditions

"4. I am unable to complete one of your offers, can i still qualify for my gift?
Yes, you need to get 3 of your friends to complete an offer. Once you have done that raise a support ticket and we will remove the referrals in lieu of an offer credit."

kudosnetwork will also allow this.

Just submit a ticket requesting an offer completion and I will remove 3 greens in replacement.

It doesn't quite work like that hehe. You do one offer, so why would they then turn that into something that is worth 3 offers? So I'm afraid it wouldn't work.

your best bet would be do sign up to a points site, like points.kudos or points.freebiejeebies, then you can earn the points instead of relying on getting refs.

Now that it's officially accepted to get extra refs in lieu of an offer yourself, does your referrer get a green for you or do you have to be un-referred?
