Rugbys great, but when I made the Grand National post it was because it might be a good way to get people to do the Coral offer.

Now don't any of you rugby take offence at this, but most of your sign ups aren't going to be interested in placing a bet on a rugby match - but they might for the grand national which is why was posting it.

lol I took the lack of interest in the six nations topic that was created o here as a lack of interest - but i guess it was because of England's failure to do well - although somehow they sneaked 2nd place anyway, are that many people interested in horse racing (Grand National), I thought it was mainly for the poshys, but im probably wrong there lol

I'm not sure it would persuade someone to bet if they had no intention of doing so previously but if they were already thinking on placing a bet they may do it through the referral site.

I was reading this as everyone seems to suggest this thread for email templates.
I decided to write my own piece of software that loads a csv file, and you can send emails from a template to all of your reds/purples and also it keeps a log of who you've emailed so you dont spam them. It's nearly done, what do you guys think of the idea?

FYI: It seems that Hotmail not only limit the number of emails you can send at once (i.e. 50 per email) but they also limit your emails per 24hours (300 per day)

Rubbish! I have 500-600 newsletters to send out and have only mangeed 300 so far. Will have to wait for the rest tomorrow.

Do you not have email accounts with any of your sites?

Yea I had one with my main site but I couldn't work it out! It wouldn't seperate the emails with ';' or ',' or whatever! So I gave up for now. I should have another look sometime soon.

There's a website that separates them for you, but i'm on my ps3 now so cant send the link lol

dw, I know what you mean... but you have to know what symbol it is that separates them!

With hotmail its easy, just copy and paste large amounts of text and it will keep just the email address.

I just used hotmail for this, sent 50 and then got banned from sending emails again!

Atomic Mail sender will allow you to copy and paste and automatically extracts the addresses.
