Same-IP Referring.

From what I understand, this won't work, but I just wanted clarification.

Can I sign up different accounts under my own on the same IP address to get greens? Another question I have is can I use the same Debit card to sign up for the offers on FreePay on different accounts?

I'm on freepay by the way. Thanks!

That is clearly fraud, thus against every site's terms and conditions mate.

Edit: Do you mean different sites within freepay? I'm sorry if this is what you meant and yeh you can sign up to different freeoay sites as long as you don't sign-up to the same one twice.

You cannot use the same IP or Debit Card. FreePay check the IPs of all your sign ups so you need to be careful about it. It is also very hard to prove that the signups are legitimate if they are signed up under the same IP.

Make sure you do not login to your account at people signed up under you either because FreePay shall suspect foul play.

I think that's a bit harsh, because if you are trying to convince a friend or family member to sign up, it's only natural to log on to your account to show them your page and how it works.

Yes, people careful about the above, a friend of mine logged into a library computer, only for the referred person to do the same and both got blocked.

I understand that same ip referrals are classed as fraud, but could my brother be 1 of my refferals then when he needs referrals could i be 1 for him??

Or is that not allowed?

Cheers,

Yannos.

Re: Same-IP Referring.

your brother could be one of yours if he has a different house and ip address , you can only sign up once per account so you couldnt sign up for him on the same site

A lot of my referrals have signed up while in Uni, I've logged in to get the referral link. Because they've used the same computers does this mean that they'll get blocked?

Re: Same-IP Referring.

If they've used the same computers to sign up it looks pretty grim mate. It depends on the network and how strict they are about things like this. If you can prove to the network that you are all individuals with different addresses and used different cards etc then you should be ok.

It's on R.I. do you think it's worth raising a support ticket then?

I understand the need for that rule, but it's still a real pain, I think that's three of my referrals or more.

I guess it depends on what site you got him to sign up to.
