making website - any tips on what to do next?

hey I'm halfway through designing my website and am stuck on where else to go to get started, any ideas? this whole newbie thing sucks just a tad

also what are the sites where you only actually have to do one offer yourself, so after resets that offer is carried onto the next one and so on

That would be Real Incentives and Freebie Jeebies. And possibly For Free 4u also but I can't remember if they are doing this now (I know they made some changes recently but can't remember if this is one of them.
