Question about referrals

If I send referrals from say iphone.giveaway & my friend responds, & then sneds a referral to me, am I able to respond to his referral therefore giving him a green as well as me?
What I gues I am saying is there are a group of us at work who want to give this a try & help each other out. Is it just the first guy who sends the referral out who gets the greens. How can he then help his mates out? Is it onyl via another site, or can he help out on the same site?

you can only sign up to each site once so if you are already signed up you can not be a referral for your frind on the same site

You could do that but it would take alot of organisation. If there were 4 of you at work, there would be 4 networks included as well as each person doing 4 different offers each.

How best then to get greens, if not using friends ( thought this would be straight forward enough) or setting up website?

I think the most used way of getting referrals is through your own website.

Yeah, I just made my own website and hand the URL around at school.
I've got a lot of yellows and a couple of greens from that.

Well maybe you could pay your friends to sign up for you, that way you don't have to sign up to any more networks and do any more offers, your friends could do gambling offers like coral which only costs a fiver and it's easy to make your money back too.
