I have completed my offer but a friend I referred completed their offer yesterday but it shows up as 'Not Complete' on my status page. Is this normal? Is there a delay between the offer being completed and the company informing FreebieJeebies? Sorry for asking what is probably a very simple question. | Re: FreebieJeebies HelpAs far as I'm aware there is no delay with Gala Bingo, they seem to come through within 24hrs of completing the offer. If it hasn't come through in that time, your referral should send us a support ticket. We will need screen shots showing £5 was deposited and played through (these are the offer requirements) to send to the advertiser. |

| Re: FreebieJeebies HelpI've had Gala offers being credited within 20 mins of the people signing up so there may be a problem with your one- I have had similar experiences before but don't worry- as long as your referral sends the screen shots and has played through the £5 you will be credited i'm sure |
