Green Novice

Hi I'm just signing up for a lovefilms offer via Yepitsfree.com.
Do I use the promotion code given or just click on the free trial button?

Also, I take it that you can't do the same offer again for a friend after you have completed it for yourself? e.g. after my free trial period on lovefilms has ended to do it again.

Thanks for any help!!

Re: Green Novice

If there was a promotional code entered when you got to the landing page you should have used it if I'm not mistaken?

If in doubt open a support ticket and ask, it's not worth loosing credit just because you didn't ask.

Re: Green Novice

It doesn't matter which button you click anyway, it still remembers the promotion code from a GET variable so you can click either button.

Re: Green Novice

So should Ileave the promotion code that it puts in then? Its just that it says 'leave blank for free trial'

Also, I was wondering whether I can put my card number in for all my friends because then they'll be more willing to sign up, but can you only use a card number once for each offer?

Yeah, it automatically remembers the promotional code whichever button you press. As you'll find the promo code is still in the promo code field. Whichever one you use. Don't worry

If you do that ^^^ then your account may very likely be put on hold, instead of you using your card let them use their own cards, but tell them you pay them back.. i.e. LOVEFilm one month rental, £9.99.. if they then like the service they can continue but atleast you have paid (in cash to them!) for their first month..

Cheers
Tom

Re: Green Novice

Yeah ok. But if they cancel in time it shouldn't cost them anything anyway should it?
Also somebody told me that dvd websites with free trials are quite sneaky, because if you orded any dvds then your put on the waiting list for them before they send them you, then if you don't get them back in time you have to pay for the first month. Is this true - in which case I'll have to warn my friends to get those DVDs back in good time!
