  | ConsoleGrab SupportI've had 2 people do the Blockbuster offer for me that have not become COMPLETE. However, I know they have done the offer because they are mates. They have also both sent me all the e-mails they received from Blockbuster (even emails detailing despatch of their DVD titles). I've forwarded these onto the ConsoleGrab support and to be fair they responded rapidly and forwarded them onto Blockbuster. However, in both cases the response has been that Blockbuster cannot find a record of them signing up. How can they deny they signed up with e-mail evidence? Is there anything else I can do? I like ConsoleGrab because their support is good but I've had quite a few problems with not getting greens when I'm 100% sure people have completed offers. R. |

| Re: ConsoleGrab SupportThat's a nice response biggad, absolutely irrelevant to the question made though, since the problem is with Blockbuster not ConsoleGrab. I guess one of the things you could do is get your mates to email blockbuster support and ask them for some sort of confirmation email detailing how long they've been members or something like that, and forwarding that back to ConsoleGrab support.
