xbox 360 Process

Hi all, I'm taking a leaf out of Stigma's book and recording a diary of the process leading up (hopefully!) to the eventual delivery of my nice new shiny xbox 360

I started verifying on the 5th of October, and apparently it's going to take 15-20 business days. (Tab, if you read this the site actually says "Your account is currently being verified. This process can take up to Between 15 and 20 Business days business days. Please be patient," might want to fix that? just thought I'd point it out!)

I started verifying with 12 greens, and have since had seven more referrals complete so I now have 19 greens - confirming what Claire helpfully pointed out to me that greens will still come through even when verifying. So, if you have any extra greens pending when you hit the required amount of referrals it's best to start verifying asap and let those greens materialise later!

Hopefully having these extra greens will mean that if any do come unstuck during verification I'll have enough extra to cover them, meaning I won't have to go through verifying again!

Think that's about it for now, I'll keep you all posted on any further developments

I was verifying for 4 weeks, then on hold for 2 weeks (which Tab graciously sorted out) and started verifying again on the 5th so looks like Iâ€™ll be in the same boat as you.

Tab said it should be verified pretty quickly so Iâ€™ll keep you posted.

I was about 3 weeks verifying, had 2 put on hold so needed another 2, got another 5 for good measure!

Have now been re-verifying for 2 weeks. 13/10 so should be ok this time!

Yeah, Iâ€™m starting to get excited again for the second time now. I can't see any of my referrals being put on hold this time as Tab has already reviewed my account and it doesn't look like you'll have a problem!

I guess patience is the key though as this is essentially â€˜something for nothingâ€™

As long as it arrives eventually I can guarantee there will be a huge smile on my face!

@Matkavs - you're a couple of weeks ahead of us then - be sure to let us know when you're verified!

@Stephen - Totally agree there, couldn't really care less whether this takes a fortnight or two months to arrive (obviously the sooner the better :-p ), I'm just really excited to be getting it for free!

I'm pretty much identical to this, although I've now only got 10/10 after losing two when on 11/10 before. Also been verifying for a couple of weeks.

Update: I'm only 8 days into verifying, but I've had a good old count of my unhatched chickens and worked out that if it takes around 40 business days to verify and process my 360 account, I would go STV on the 30th November, leaving 3 weeks before christmas for it to arrive!

Fingers crossed!

Today I have clicked on the magical button to have my account verified wooohoo

I know it says 15 to 20 working days but can it be fast or longer than this ?
what is the next step after the verified bit ?

You go to proccesing next which i was on for just over 3 weeks
and im 10 days into STV sent to vendor so hopefully this week comming

verifieing tokk me 2 weeks

good luck and it sounds like giveaway are speeding things up

I am sure about a 2 months ago when I finaly have had enough referrals for the 360 it says that it took only 5 business days to verify (although it ended up verifying in 8 business days - not whining or anything as the item has arrived safely

)

What I am rather concern about though is that if it takes just as long to verify for other sites of the giveway network. Any help would be great.

hmm it seems that most people get at least a couple of refferals puit on hold - i guess itis recommended to get more than 10 greens then.....

Well I am verifying for the 2nd time after some on hold the 1st time.

Have now been verifying over 20 business days, this is week 5. I raised a support ticket like 8 days ago, no response.

Not moaning just very FRUSTRATING that it is taking so long!!!!!!!

I've been told that the verification process has been increased to a maximum of 28days, I'm assuming that probably means working days, which basically equates to 6weeks.

after verifying we go to processing which i think is another 15 - 20 business days then get stv and should be pretty quick after that
