You're going to get a standard reply saying all verifications will take either 10 working days, or it'll be one where they'll be talking about 20+ days.

i put a support ticket into giveaway about time and how long i will be waiting i think you will be lucky to get a reply
ihave only ever had one reply and that was 2 months ago when i first started 360giveaway

I have had a rewsponse to my ticket - non automated!

Lisa will chase up my verification as it has been 25+ business days. Hope she does and has not just stated that to stop me pestering them lol

could i be cheeky and ask you to send them a ticket on when the people who are on stv for a 360 when they might be getting them as no one will reply to us

Wow your lucky i still haven't had a reply for a few days and still no word from iceage i don't think they exist! Im starting to get a little pissed off with the lack of information i wish it would be better for Tab not to lie about waiting times and get everyones hopes up. It seems obvious he can never make the "2 week average stv time". He should make a blog or someway of communicating with everyone at once about how long waiting times are going to be.

you are right but stigmatised got hers after about 2 weeks
but any replies either from icage or giveaway is non existant
but iceage do exist even though it is hard to believe

Yeh i think stigma was a one off case though, has anyone else recieved their xbox 360 as fast as her? Overall i think i have waited over 2 months for this when with console grab i thought 28 days was a long time but they do not lie.

No response to mine and we went verifying the same day

Although they told Pottage that they'll chase his verification on the PS3 site and that was over a month ago.

Oh and Stigma said two things in her thread when she complained about the delay on 360giveaway; 1) that she'd like to receive it because before going on holiday and 2) she's considering going to the Trading Standards to complain about the delays.. Wonder which of those prompted Tab into action...

Cheer up people...could be worse. Imagine if you were all waiting for freepay!! Anyway if all else fails, you can always blast a email to trading standards which should get the networks engine up and running again!

well i ahve been verifying now for 16 buisiness days i sent a support in asking if they knew when as i wanted to know if it would come in time for my hubbys birthday just got a response from lisa saying please refer to the previous ticket there is no way we can fast track 2nd verifications !
all i asked was do they think i will have it by december so the response was a bit random ! oh well i guess just gotta keep on waiting!

Update - I received the 28 days response from Lisa, and worked out that 28 calendar days from my starting verifying would be this thursday.
My latest theory is that Giveaway have a set date every month/two months at which they send all of their orders over to iceage - hence why people on exceem have seemed to receive theirs in 'batches' - and in the meantime they 'process accounts' up until the order date. So those of us who started verifying quite soon after the last batch went out would have the longer wait

But at the minute I'm just happy enough to look forward to my free xbox360 arriving - I'm not in any real rush!
