Drove the 20 miles to pick up my "pink" nano today rather than wait around all day waiting for delivery. Only to find out that its now blue

This is the second item that I have got which is not the colour I ordered. Now how do i go about changing it?

Join the club. Mine was supposed to be green but turned out to be silver! I wonder if Tab actually gives a toss?

Maybe someone at Iceage is colourblind?!Assuming it's iceage that are the distributers...
I suppose raising a support ticket is the only way to go really?

I'm not sure Tab is to blame here, he would just pass on the order. I dont know if the blame lies with whoever placed the order at giveaway network or whoever processed the order at....whoever sent it. Have raised a support ticket, hopefully it will be sorted out soon.

Just a quick update, my ticket was answered after 4 days with the short message...
"We can not guarentee the colour, my apologies.
Regards
Steve"

Well, flippin marvelous. Whats the point of having all the different colour options in ipodnanogiveaway when they cant promise what you want? Now I have a blue nano which I dont want and I want a pink one (or rather the daughter does), so it looks like I will have to sell the blue one and then put money towards a pink one

Unless of course anyone has any ideas

Re: Ipod Nano Process

Yeah Ben, I saw that but I don't have any kind of paperwork with the Nano plus there isnt a John Lewis anywhere near me

I would have thought that giveaway network would have been able to give me some advice about swapping, but just a "we can not guarantee the colour" was a disapointing reply after waiting 4 days.
