surpise suprise, instead of processing im on ****ing hold

Logged in today to find IM now on hold.

Havent got a clue why, I havent got multiple accounts, and I registered
from home (so no one else with my IP). I have had 12 referrals go green,
and have 3 still without their bingos credits after 3 weeks.

1 of my greens has been put on hold, fair enough, I should still have 11.

This is a bloody joke, and enforces my view from earlier in the week that
id be suprised if I ever got this. Iv worked my ass off to get referrals,
and now it looks like the giveaway network will pocket all of the receipts.

Anyone know if any of the staff have contractible phone numbers? Im not
impressed atall by this shambles of an operation, and now also feel as
though I have betrayed allot of my friends by referring them, and due to
receiving items from genius team in the past have promised them that
giveaway are the real deal.
And before people berate me for this post, I did predict this last week.
More and more delays.

I wouldnt mind if ihad done anything wrong, but I quite clearly havent.


If this is just a personal thing because i havent been glowing about giveaways times, then id appreciate it if someone could let me know. Doesnt seem to be run very profesional.

No doubt this post will get deleted, and i will get banned byt he in crowed. all gotta keep tab happy eh.



And also , for anyone who has had problems wiht them, do you know if i can contact trading standards about this, as i have clearly been mis-sold my fasthosts account.

Yes i might be moaning, and my spelling might be ****ed up because im angry. But ive been sat waiting for verification after working my dammn ass off to get greens, even had to pay a few guys to go green for me. Now to have my account put on hold. I wouldnt mind, if i had done anything wrong, but i havent. The only thing i have done wrong is have a moan on here.

Now ill have to wait for ****ing weeks to hear back from support.

Id promised my lad an xbox 360 for his birthday. Couldnt afford one so i had hoped to go this way, used ebay, business cards, and paid a few friends to go green.

Now i find that im put on hold , you tell me you wouldnt be pissed off.

You might not have kids, in which case you probably wont understand, but i do, and i can tell you now that when you promise them somthing but are screwed over by someone preventing you from forfilling your promise, then it stinks.

Sure I'd be upset, but I wouldn't go announcing it on a forum. Keep using language like that and you won't get anywhere mate.

I'd be straight onto the GA support see what they have to say, maybe they do have a legitimate reason to have put you on hold?

Firstly... dont promise ppl things that you dont know for 100% youll get.
Secondly... trading standards will do nothing... you have applied to a site to get something for next to nothing... you lost some man hours... thats it...
Thirdly... giveaway... yes VERY slow at the moment it seems... but they are completely legit... and i am very curious now to know why you were put on hold =)

And you know this how? Has anyone ever pursued this to find out? False advertising.

well considering you dont HAVE to pay (except for an offer) to get greens... it just makes it easier... plus ebay and business cards are advertising.... and also your not allowed to use ebay... and finally if GA have a reason o put you on hold its not even false advertising...

Id rather someone deleted it please. Im rather embarased by it. I went the wrong way about dealing with it, and let my anger (due to a few things, not just this) get the better of me.
