what is going on with the bingos credits.

Im on 8 out of 10 greens now for 360giveaway. But ive had about 4 people do bingos over the last 2 weeks, none of them have had any credits yet.


Has anyone had any bingos credit?

i am awaiting bingos credits from hdtvforfree4u so i dont think its giveaway that are your problem i think its bingos!

Its just annoying, as im guessing that when it finally gets to verifying, its probably going to be another month or 2 before it gets deliverd

well i have been waiting over 2 weeks so far for my credit but forfree4u have said i should be credited within the next week, have you told all you referrals to send in a support ticket and have they all got screenshots?

theyhavent got screen shots, as its not the kind of thing you think of when signing up.

They have put support tickets in , but so have other people on this forum who have been waiting close to a month.

i should be patient as long as they have done the offer correctly and have submitted a ticket the green will come it takes a long time for the bingos people to get back to the networks i think

Wouldnt a screenshot of the transactions page be enough though? It would clearly show that you had deposited the amount needed to complete your offer?

I'm also waiting to be credited for chit chat bingo and also jackpot joy, both on the giveaway network. A credit from bingos.co.uk went green almost straigh away on another network.

im sure they could get a screenshot of the transactions page, but when its allready sceptical people, they start to htink its a scam and dont bother putting in support tickets for it.

Which in the end ****s me up for my greens, and when im 2 behind, and have worked my arse off in the last 2 days to get a 360, which probably wont arrive for about 2 months afterwards anyway its just annoying.

if you could get them to take a screenshot of the transactions page, to show withdrawal and deposit history, and also a shot of the welcome email, the giveaway network should give a manual credit.

Did bingos on Tuesday, no credit as of yet although jackpot joy and screenselect seem to be coming through.

I think that the ScreenSelect systems and Jackpot Joy are all linked in with the crediting system on the sites, fully autmoatically. These are after all the most popular offers. I did fasthosts and I had to wait damn near two months for my offer credit to come through after a manual update.

I did fast hosts on 360 giveaway sunday night at 11pm.

Was credited by 11.30pm. So you can safely say fasthosts is now instant crediting.

Ah, I think i maight have it. Just been on the chit chat bingo website. Under about us it says that the head office is based in gibraltar! Maybe this is why all of the credit is taking so long to come through. Perhaps it needs clearance to trade or whatever, I don't know. Can any1 expand on this?

Hi Adam, thank you for your query and completed offer. At present, completions are taking up to ten working days to process.

If your completion is still not showing after this time, then please contact us again with the date completed and enclose a copy of your confirmation e-mail, also copies/screenshots of your account history/transaction/withdrawal pages to show that you have played through your entire deposit and not withdrawn. I can then request a manual update for you.

Update, here is my reply:
Ok I have uploaded all screenshots for manual crediting - could you forward this on for me and message me back when you have done so? The emails clearly show that I joined (same email) and deposited. However on the chitchatbingo site whenever I click on transactions It states 'No records Available'. I think this is a problem with the site as you can clearly see that I deposited a tenner as my bonus shows £10.10 (10p for joining). I already have 16 greens out of 10 and this should be no problem.
