![]() | Giveaway Support Times and Account holdHey all, Is anyone having a long delay with answers to there tickets. I've been waiiting 16 days for a reply to my ticket now, not sure if i asked a hard question or what?! Gave tab a Pm no luck there either. One more question do you think if you sign up for an account and an account excists at the same address, does your account go on hold automaticaly? or only when you go through the verifying process? |

![]() ![]() | Re: Giveaway Support Times and Account holdtry sending another ticket if its been 16 days. i dont suggest pming network owners unless they say its ok somewhere in the forums. there is only one account allowed per household, this is fairly obvious and should be noticed quite soon.

However say you've moved into a new property, and you sign up for an account and your the only one who lives there. If there was another account made at the house and you didnt even know there was (say a previous owner). Should your account go on hold straight away as the system would see there is the same shipping address, or would it wait till you got to the verifying process after you had completed your offer and reffered all your refferals and abide by the terms and conditions. | |

![]() ![]() | Re: Giveaway Support Times and Account holdhmm, thats a situation i never thought of before, but the giveaway network wont know that. they probably would spot it quite soon and possibly put the account on hold, but i'm sure if you could prove you just moved in as a new owner they may put you off hold, but they may refuse and not allow any further accounts for that address. It should be spotted before verification.

![]() | Re: Giveaway Support Times and Account holdWell they didnt put the account on hold. I've got over 100 yellows within a few weeks and then 10 are green now. I then completed my offer and then sent my account for verifying. 3 Weeks later after creating a support ticket to ask what was taking so long, i checked my account and it was on hold. My support ticket has now been with the 'technical department' since the 6th of august. Creating another ticket doesnt seem to do much as they just reffer to the old ticket and say its with the 'technical department.' As I was not aware and had no way of knowing of any other account being registered at my shipping address.I therefore entered into the program in good faith and have abide by the terms and conditions. If "Giveaway networks" were aware of any other account being registered to my address, before or after I registered, then there is a responsibility on the behalf of "Giveaway network" to inform the parties registering that they are in breach of your terms and conditions. This would then ensure that the registering parties do not participate in the program and that " Giveaway networks" do not obtain referrals under any false pretenses. As I was not advised and had no way of knowing, also that the other registered account which they mentioned was not part of my 10 greens, and did not even sign up under my referral link, then I do not see why my account is on hold and that "Giveaway network" is not honoring it's commitment to deliver a MiniMac in return for the referrals which I provided. |
