are u on ntl or telewest by any chance ? i havent been able to get on 360 for nearly 2 weeks now ill see if i can find my thread cause tab suggests some things to put in the internet explorer options to get it to work , it doesnt work for me but it might for you .... hang on ......

I am thinking on going on the sky BB, get 16MB for £15 a month, unlimited, seems good but like i said to me mum, it will be like that for first month and they will wack it up and you are tied in for 12 months then, nothing u can do.

have you tried those settings that tab said in the previous thread ^^^
i think it worked for some people on ntl - but i have also been 3 weeks still unable to get on
