I'm waiting for a response to a ticket I sumbitted on the 24th July about not receiving credit for completing an offer on the 12th July. Is the support ticket system working OK, Tab?  | Re: Support ticket response timelol yes, i have also found that it is not 24hrs at the moment, about3 days in my case, and also my support ticket wasnt actually answered, the person responding didnt really read it properly |

| Re: Support ticket response timeI received a response from a ticket created yesterday this moring, pleased with the time but not really the message, says its gonna be 20 days from verification applying until its done.
