Dear Tab,

For the last few months I have been attempting to resolve the problems I have been experiencing with the Giveaway Network through your support system. However, to date, Giveaway Network staff have not been able to:

1) Enable me to sign into my ipodsgiveaway account since the site downtime and loss of the site database, despite my contacting you about this in April.

2) Credit me for completing either the Screen Select offer or the Jackpot Joy offer for 360giveaway, despite me providing screenshots proving that I have completed both of these offers. (As it seemed to be problematic getting credit for completing Screen Select I decided to complete Jackpot Joy for 360giveaway too).

From what I have read on these forums and from what my friends have told me, The Giveaway Network are apparently one of the best networks at providing good standards of support for their members. I'm a bit puzzled as to why this doesn't seem to be my experience - I don't recall saying anything nasty to a Giveaway Network employee!

I even got 20 greens for 360giveaway and 21 for ipodsgiveaway

I know you're a busy man, Tab, but if you could help me out with these problems I'd be very grateful.

Is anything happening? - I'm still having the same problems even though I was promised a manual update on the XBox ... still no joy on the Ipod front either.
