Hi all,

If you sign up to screenselect, go green, and then cancel with them (before the free 30 day trial), will you still be verified by giveaway.co.uk and be eligible for the console?

i think that is ok, but its not 100% sure, and it is not advised, there is a possibility that screen select will complain to giveaway for your simply signing up and cancelling, and then your credit could be removed. its always best to stay on at least one month longer than the trial period to be safe

i think the same applys to your referrals, if you know them its best to encourage them to stay on past the free trial period, at the end of the day when you are getting say a free DS Lite, its worth it, trust me

I did that and didn't get the referall... I genuinely wanted to cancel though as i was moving house.

i've got my 11 referrals for 360giveaway, and most ppl cancelled within the period. Some even cancelled without having recvd a dvd apparently.
Although a few are carrying on, inc. me- I dont think we should abuse this, or encourage ppl to sign up and cancel.

Its actually a really good dvd service - except you cant get dvds in the order you want em. I could exactly watch Godfather 3 without having seen the other 2, so had to send back

and wait days for the next.

As long as a few referrals stay on - lets say 30-40%, the scheme will remain profitable for the dvd company, so please make sure some of your referrals stay on. And it isn't throwing money away like tickle tests etc...

Agreed, it is actually very good and i intend to sign up again later this year when my flatmates move back in so we can share the cost

i'm staying on, 1 friend said its only a tenner so he dont care, and another said its a wicked deal! so that should be cool (they are my first 2 referrals)! i only signed up with them yesterday so i have yet to experience their service! cheers guys for the replies! much appreciated!
