Hey,

Just a quick note to say im back and going through the forum to see what I have missed. Things have been hectic recenlty and I just haven't had the time to be on here. All questions will be answered so give me time to get through them all...

In the mean time with regards to the few people on NTL having a problem accessing the 360 site, I can only assume its a DNS issue and that a few NTL DNS servers haven't been updated when I moved the site a while ago..... Could someone who is having trouble accessing the site please open a command line and ping www.360giveaway.co.uk and reply in this thread with the IP address it returns. Cheers.....

Updates with regards to new sites, new offers, lowered referral rates and more coming soon.......

Righty-o..... could be a local problem or NTL. Try flushing your local DNS cache with ipconfig /flushdns Then try again... If it still doesn't work I can only suggest contacting NTL and letting them know they have a problem.

Well thats the correct IP so Im not sure why you can't access the site... very odd.... Have you tried deleting local internet cache, history, cookies.. all that bumf.....?

Have tried the ipconfig / flushdns, but the problem persists.

I will contact NTL tomorrow and post an update after I have spoken to them.

I want to see if i'm verified yet, as I can not access the site, if I PM you can you update me

I can access the givaway network site but when I click the link to 360giveaway still can't get in

Could you also try going to www.ipodnanogiveaway.co.uk and www.imacgiveaway.co.uk....

Nope, these two don't work for me. I can get on the main site, the PS3, alienware etc.

Those 2 sites are on the same server as 360, so it would appear to be an NTL issue although not sure what? DNS is resolving the correct IP so unless there are any network engineers frequenting exceem I can only suggest contacting NTL.. sorry guys.

Before ringing NTL i asked my Brother in law to try, he could not get in too.

He said he had a similar problem with his Betfair account, they told him to contact NTL who told him to use the proxy server and gave him the details and that worked.

I have tried what they gave him and it works now, but they can't explain why it stopped working on automatic.

Anyway my accout still says verifying and its over 5 working days, how much longer can I expect it to be before I get verified??
