Before ringing NTL i asked my Brother in law to try, he could not get in too.

He said he had a similar problem with his Betfair account, they told him to contact NTL who told him to use the proxy server and gave him the details and that worked.

I sent an email to NTL detailing everything we know about the problem, along with all the details of mine and other machines I have used. All I got back was a patronising generic email asking silly things like 'is my modem turned on'. What’s the point in contacting them if they're not even going to read it.

Glad using a different NTL proxy worked for y'all, NTL proxies have a habbit of randomly not allowing certain sites. Some sort of DNS issue though not sure what. Obviously NTL ar not sure what either.

Not sure why Bizk1d1 can't get on though... Is it all the sites?

Also we are shipping DS Lites and any orders put though since we put the DS Lite up on the site will be receiving a DS Lite.

Thats cool, are you using Ice Age to ship them? Cheeky question but how do they operate, do they get an order from you, get the products, and then have to send them to us? It seems like that as STV to recieving the item is about two weeks i think, so that pattern of events would add up.

Still its getting the thing that counts, just some impatient people like me wish Ice Age's STV to recieving time was not so Ice Age lol

From what i can see tab pays ice age to source and send the items, guess you could class it as outsourcing the supplying and deliverying of freebies
