Gah, I just checked my account and i've been put on hold! I can't for the life of me think why this may be... I'm sure I've followed the rules to the letter.

Is it against the rules to be signed up to two seporate stes of the same network (for example 360giveaway.co.uk and sonyps3giveaway.co.uk)?

This was to be my first freebie, now it looks like I may not even get it.

Do accounts on hold often get reinstated? I hope so...

Wow, I've got to say that the Giveaway network has been nothing short of fantastic during this experience. I’m now off hold, this is the sequence of events:
  • Saturday 10th June – Submitted account for verification
  • Wednesday 14th June, 5pm – Account put on hold for unknown reason, support ticket submitted
  • Thursday 15th June, 8am (15 hours later) – Received the following reply: “Please accept our apologies, it would appear our verifying pixies are a little over sensitive this evening. I have just double checked your account and can find no reason for it to be on hold. I have taken it off hold but unfortunately you will need to re-submit it for verification as this is the process of the site. I will personally verify it so as to make sure it is not placed on hold again”.
So I’m now processing again!

I kind of feel bad about making this post in the first place now, but as I say this is the first offer I have attempted to complete, and I guess I just instantly thought “Oh bugger, it is a con after all”… Especially after seeing some of the anti-giveaway network posts in this forum.

So hurrah! Let’s make this the official “We love giveaway network” day!

I just submited one, thanks. I hope I hear soon.

I'm sure it's not anything I've done, and I managed to get 12 greens and only needed 10, so even if two of them had problems I would still have had enough...

you'll probably gey a ps3 before you get your xbox...... the support system is terrible!! autoresponder answers!!!! thats how they guarantee a 24hr response!! Even the owner seems to be keeping a stealthy profile on here!

the response times arent that bad, you should get a response within 48hrs, and it wont be an auto response, well i never got one from giveaway.

have you got someone to sign up via the same computer as you did?
did you spam the internet with your link? (as this is against the rules)

a support ticket should clear up the reason, and if you have done nothing wrong get you back on your way to getting your free xbox360

have you tried lately? lol

all no credit emails are word for word the same....when responded to asking for evidence requirements, returns exactly the same message.... change the topic of ticket gets no response.. I am sure you could type in if a human answers this ticket within 24hs I'll send ÂŁ50 paypal and the reply be just the same!!!

If Tab was to come on here and just say that he's swamped with tickets, the new support system is overrun.. then many minds including both of mine (depending on the way the wind blows) will be put at rest.. as it stands we feel ignored totally.

Have a read of recent posts regarding any of the sites!!!

They have been responding to me really quickly, I sent a message regarding verification and got a response after 48 hours telling me they will look into it and then they replied again to let me know that I ad been verified which they didn't have to do.

They take a long time to verify but what the hey, i'm not going to complain when i'm getting a 360 free

I'd imagine that they are pretty swamped with emails.

In their defence It must be very hard to run one of these sites especially one that's grown to the size of the giveaway network. They must get hundreds of emails a day for each site so and some of the queries are probably time consuming to respond too (Credit requests) people will probably say that if they are busy then they should employ some extra people to handle the admin but I wouldn't imagine the cash flow for these sites is very stable, you can't predict how many people are going to complete so you can't accurately budget your expenditure. Plus you can't accurately predict how many people are going to sign up for offers and I’d imagine the offer companies don't cough up too quickly.

We should all go a bit more easy on these guys, they’ve given a lot of us a lot of free stuff

I got put on hold on ipodnano, i sent a pm and they said they made a mistake, took me off and i just put in for order again.

although I agree with the above, would it hurt for the site owner to pop his head up and offer some form of explanation, it isnt up to us to justify the delays!!!

Yeah that would p**s me off too, I haven't paid for any greens the the past though (But might be tempted too in the future 7/10 on 360 freepay)

i agree that the they must be busy ....... that they have grown in size fairly quickly.

but for any business to expand ......... it also needs to expand its work force to meet the extra demand that will be placed on the business.

if they dont....... then it may just all come crashing down.

i think the network is going downhill.

I agree also they are a brilliant network, someone said somewhere and i fully agree that they credit offers that they consider are proven and not only when they get credit from advertisers. they are probably really busy at the minute but throughout the last week or 2 i have been credited with 2 greens at different times so they are updating accounts none the less and people are getting verified now.

i agree with you....... just checked when tab was on here last and it was 2 days ago.

hes been in here having a look but he aint been putting that keyboard of his to any use in here.

as far as i can see he aint replied to any posts in here for a while

his last 2 posts were on another networks page on here........ and that was 2 weeks ago

stop being so hard on the guy. I was verified today, took 3 weeks but i am over the moon.

what more can you expect for a no offer credit response? they need the same info every time so why do they need to type out hundereds of emails saying the same thing.

I have only ever recieved 1 freebie, and it was from giveaway. Their only downfall is their speed, but other than that they are spot on

as for ÂŁ44 for a green? what were you thinking about?

ÂŁ44, Green Flag, someting beneficial.... (and much easier to justify to the wife tham WPT!!!)... and as for being hard on the site, read and of the threads for any of the sites... as I have said before, ps3giveaway was initially thought to be the exception to the very poor rule... people stated that the speed of this site was at the exppence of the quality of the others.

Anyway, I am just venting noxious gases about it because although ÂŁ44 was easier to justify, it stil needed justifying!!! And a ps3 for the oldest son at xmas just about cracked it!!!!
