| Re: Is Anyone ThereCaptain Don't feel alone, I have been eaiting for well over two weeks for my last 2 referrals to go GREEN. They have both raised tickets and were told by Lisa a manual update would be done, thay have since sent further tickets stating manual updates still outstanding, but had no replies. I raised a ticket to chase this up, which received a reply only to say they can only act on correspondance from the people awaiting the credit. They have sent another ticket but I don't know how much longer my referrals will play ball. |

| Re: Is Anyone ThereI know what you guys mean about ticket response but, obviously they are very busy. On the other hand, i got my brother to sign up 2 ago and 90 mins later he had gone green. Just luck i reckon, Now i have 6 greens - 2 signed up yesterday(waiting to turn that envious colour!) and only need 2 more for the xbox360. Hope you get your tickets sorted soon! | Re: Is Anyone Theretook a while to get a reply to my query a few weeks back. either they are VERY busy (remember its only 2 people) or its holiday time  i was told by Tab that adding additional comments to an open ticket actually puts it back to the end of the queue again, which was apparently why mine wasnt answered within a week or so. bear with it though. i got my 360 from these guys  |
