Re: Support Tickets

I'm awaiting a reply from a imacgiveaways support ticket. been around a week now. Infact i have mentioned it on here before, as soon as i uploaded the screenshots so i could be credited they stopped answering me. Not that i'm saying that was the reason, but it sure seems that way.

Re: Support Tickets

Here we go again. Typical GA network

http://www.exceem.co.uk/forums/giveaway-network/4233-ga-offer-credit-never-straightforward.html

I gave them the benefit of the doubt after my appalling experience with them on minimacgiveaway (see link) and have decided to try 360giveaway... oh dear, what a mistake.

Offer not credited, support tickets not answered (or even acknowledged) and the worst of it is that I suspect that a great deal more of my yelllows should be green but aren't (and never will be) because of their incompetence

Tab, prove me wrong.

Glad to hear it!!!

I was just about to PM you again.

I am a little worried about this aswell, I have had a few yellows that I thought would have gone green and nothing.

This was my first experience on using the giveaway network and at the moment they are not impressing me.

Re: Support Tickets

SPIKEDPEAK
Don't hold your breath on manual updates, two of my referrals raised tickets and after providingthe screenshots etc they received replies from Lisa saying she would request manual updates from Tech support, that was over 3 weeks ago and still not updated.

One of them received a reply from Tech Support saying update done, but it has not andthey have not replied to his tickets since.

Not sure if the fact that these 2 manual updates would be my 9th & 10th Greens has anything to do with it!!!!
