Weeks to wait for verification

I submitted my 360giveaway account for verification on 12th May. The 360giveaway network website states that verification can take up to 5 business days. I submitted a support ticket on the 23rd May, expecting a response within the stated 24 hour period. I had not received a reply within 24 hours, so submitted another on the 25th. This was the response received:

Hi Matthew, thank you for your query. Unfortunately, the 24hr response had been delayed with the current expected response becoming 48hrs. You should know that all tickets are held in a dated queue so that when you updated your ticket it was taken out of place and ordered according to your last posting. It is therefore advisable that you submit your original query and leave it for a response before you make a further comment or reply. Verifications are usually processed within ten working days, although there has been a recent delay with this for which we apologise.

Please allow a further ten working days and if your verification is not complete then please contact us again. Thank you for your patience.

This repsonse seems to be more concerned with chastising me for expecting the stated 24 hour response time than sorting out the Giveaway Network's problem with my account.

Why, when it states on the website that verifications can take up to 5 business days am I being told to wait 20?

Is the Giveaway Network about to go out of business?

processing = 14 days
submitted to vendor = so far 5 days without any reply from the vendor who seem to be ... well dont seem to be a valid company. just some random templated one page home page with only an email address to contact them by.
