Are we allowed to advertise our referral link on Ebay?

since it is against ebays t+c to have auctions that are not selling a item, then giveaway network would have to abide by these t+c and follow up any complaint from ebay if they were to have any issues with a ebay ad

If you post your link anywhere it is either not allowed or not wanted, and we should receive a complaint or actually come across it, your account will be placed on hold.

i had the following from them when i asked a similer question.


"I can only assure you that your account will only be placed on hold with the giveaway network if any fraudulent misuse has been found on your account with us.

Any external sites you may be using should not affect this assessment.

Tabs post did make sense, if you advertise yoru link in places were it is not allowedto (under that sites rules etc) and tab recieves a complaint, your account will be placed on hold (this is how all the networks operate)

instead of using ebay etc to advertise your links, try to think of something new, and unique, you will probably get better results
