![]() | Hey TAB!?Anyone had any support tickets updated since friday? (are the guys that run this (i presume its just Lisa and Tab) based in america or something as the only time my tickets seem to be updated usually are at about 9am EST) the reason i asked is that my order has been processing now for 11 days and Lisa told me on Friday that she was going to ask Technical about the possibility that my 360 would be delivered before Thursday, for my sons birthday... but i've had no reply since, so i can only assume it wont so i'll have to rush out to town and buy one. poor show giveaway network.... i've got 8 of my referrals standing around waiting not getting any referrals themselves because they think its some kind of scam. I have had to be in contact with them regarding the recent downtime on the IPod site, as well as an issue with the XBox 360 site. Look how long they take to respond: I first contacted the IPod site on 1st May 2006, and have recieved no response. I questioned then about this on 15th May, and have still not had any response. I last emailed yesterday (22nd May). They have had 15 working days to respond to me. I have completed the necessary number of referrals to recieve an IPod, and would like to complete an offer. I contacted the XBox360 site on 1st May 2006, and received a quick response. I replied on the 8th May, complying with their requests for more information, and have not had any response. I emailed again yesterday (22nd May). They have had 10 working days to respond. I have completed the necessary requirements to recieve an XBox 360. Overall, I feel that they are evading their responsibility to reward me for the time, trouble, and money I have spent obtaining referrals and completing offers. |

![]() | Re: Support TicketsUnfortunately thats just the way these sites are. Things take a while, you need patience. I fear for your sanity when your account status is changed, for I believe it takes maybe two weeks to check your referrals and then probably another month before you get your gift. |

![]() | Re: Support Ticketsaww man, that really makes me sad/angry.. why did she even imply that it was possible. grrr my order has been verified (only took a day for that) but has been processing now for a long time.. what the hell do they do in that time? they are just going to lose out on money in the end of the day because people are cynical enough about these schemes as it is, but until i receive the 360 noone is going to belive they work. |

Ive been trying to chase them up, but i would preferably like my account to be taken off hold so i can get my ipod before i go on holiday! |

I have beed doing it for about 10 days and have 25 yellows and the 2 greens i mentioned. I made a ticket on monday and got it sorted on tuesday. I made another ticket for my ipod nano and they replied almost straight away saying that i had completed that offer as well - althoug it hasnt updated on the site yet! I put another ticket in last night and i am awaiting a response for the ipod nano offer that i completed now! (jackpot joy) |

Also submitted another ticket to cust service so that Lisa could maybe look into it but also thats been ignored since i sent it >24 hours ago. I give up. Sons birthday today and after Lisa implyed it was possible to be delivered for today, i'm rather annoyed. |
