After having waited 5 business days to receive credit for completing the Chit Chat Bingo offer on ipodnanogiveaway, and still not being green, I submitted a support ticket. The response was mighty speedy, as always, but rather confusing:

It takes upto 10 business days for credit to be given, if you feel you have waited this period, please paste proof of your completed offer into a new ticket and I will investigate

Confusing because, on every Giveaway Network site I have ever had the pleasure of visiting, ipodnanogiveaway included, it states:

You will be credited within 5 business days

Has something changed, Mr Tab?

I just wondered whether you'd be able to tell me whether it was 5 or 10 business days to get credit, Tab, as I'm getting mixed messages.

The message reply you received should have read that it can take up to 10 business days to receive credit. Please reply after 10 Business days if you have still not received credit blah blah etc..... Offers should be credited within 5 business days, but logging a ticket after 5 business days will just get you a standard "it can take up to 10 days message", as offers can sometimes take this long to be reported.
