Processing Time

Wondering if anyone can help.
Does anyone know how long Giveaway network take to process an order?
I have been processing since 20th April.
My order number is 76 if this helps anyone.

Waiting for ipods to verify, "can take up to 5 buisness days" mmm think that may need need revised!

Im going away on the 19th June, hopefully will get it by then!!

Been waiting over 3 weeks here, just to place the order... I'm getting tired of just seeing the: "Your account is currently being verified. This process can take up to 5 business days. Please be patient."

Please give me something new to look at!

i raised a support ticket on the 360giveaway site, and unfortuneatly they are a bit behind on verifications, they told me to wait, but if i had not been verified in 10 days then to raise another ticket.

the support staff are very nice and have a good response time, you just have to be polite with them and they will reciprocate.

Just to say that I too have only positive things to say about Giveaway's support team - fast, efficient and courteous. But I just don't know why it's taking quite so long to verify accounts - it really doesn't take that long, so I'm confused by what 'delays' they've encountered.

At the end of the day, as much as I "enjoy" sending in support tickets to chase up my account to get it verified, all I want is my xbox If 3 weeks isn't being patient enough, then I don't know what is...

lol!!! yeah i have to admit 3 weeks does seem a bit excessive, but at the end of the day as users of the site not much more we can do and i just think if you get it in the end its all good as it is free innit

hopefully all the xbox360 accounts will go green at the same time, and another nice batch order of xbox's so i can be playing one by the end of june

You're right, I will (hopefully) get a free xbox360. It's just my general lack of patience, and the fact that the site says 5 days. It's almost like a big slap in the face everytime the page loads up, only to be met with that same message.

It's more frustrating to see Tab on here, talking about the matter, rather than solving it though... Finger's crossed, huh?

fingers crossed indeed, but not as much as i have my fingers crossed on my freepay account

and yes, three weeks is nothing when you look at some sites, freepay for example, and even when they do approve who knows when they will actually ship out some xbox360's

Dont feel so bad now.
My account verified quite quickly but it wasnt "5 business days".
It now feels like I have been Processing forever.
Anyone any ideas as to what processing involves and why it takes so long?

Have to agree that the giveaway staff always answer support tickets quickly, thats what makes this part so frustrating.

remf i dont think you can complain at all. your site says 5 business days and yet it takes much much longer for things to happen

I can complain all I want. I'm complaining as a user of Tab's sites which I enjoy completing, due to their offers and gifts offered. In fact I'd like my own sites to aspire to his. My comments do not come from that of a Network Owner, rather as an individual who enjoy's getting freebies as much as the next guy/gal.

And whilst we do take longer than 5 days, credits are updated every 7 days, and orders placed every fortnight. I don't think that's so bad.

ive been verified now, so the order is now bing processed.

How long does this take, are IceAge on the ball these days? any estimations as to when to expect my xbox360

Well when my order was placed it was about 2 week but do not take my word for it, i got mine when the stock was very low and hard to get hold of.

hey guys who are interested in processing times, i got this from the support staff.

"Hi drkul, we are currently processing a large amount of orders, we expect deliveries to be received within 14 days, however, from the account status showing 'sent to vendor'.

You will be able to contact our despatch partners upon this change of status for a more precise delivery date.

Kind Regards,

Admin"

So basically, when your account goes to STV you should get it in 14 days, but no indication as to how long it will stay on "Processing" for, im guessing a little while as they say they have a lot of orders to process at the moment.

Could be sooner than you think though (well i hope)

i've gotten the exact same ticket reply

i'm order number one hundred seventy something..which doesnt seem a lot. i'm sure it doesnt/shouldnt take long to place an order with whoever they use (who is it by the way, anyone know?) plus 2 weeks on top of that... is also ridiculous.. whoever has heard of a company taking 2 weeks to send anything out in this day and age. its not as if 360's are in short supply.

none of my mates who i referred are getting any referrals themselves becuase they are all cynical and think this is some kind of scam.. and the site being down a lot over the last week has only strengthened their doubts.

If Tab could possibly explain what the delay is then that would at least be one step in the right direction. i've got my sons birthday next week and i was (looks i was rather optomistically) hoping for the 360 to be delivered by then.

This may just be the best timing possible!
Just gone from processing to sent to vendor.
14 days from now equals the date my thesis is handed in!
As a guide, i was verified in about a week, maybe a little longer, and processing for a month.

ah man, mine is still processing, so what date was your order placed
