  | How long does manual update take?I got a message from the giveaway network support saying they would request a manual update of my account status (after I sent screenshots proving I completed an offer), but this was 2 days ago and nothing has changed. Should I just be patient or is there a problem with my account? |

| Re: How long does manual update take?I had to do the same with an offer I did.. after the finaly got everything they needed it took them about 2-3 days to manual update the account for me so be patient a few more days..  Cheers Tom |

| Re: How long does manual update take?i was told that they have applied for manual green on 27th and its now 7th, so its more than 10 days, I had done the JackpotJoy offer. They have'nt replied to my support tickets which I created asking when do they expect i'll be going green. One of my referals did the Fasthosts site under me on 7th march and he has not gone green either. I hope Tab reads this. |

| Re: How long does manual update take?Yes, me too... I guess I will wait until Monday before posting another support ticket. I'm never sure if harassing support simply slows things down even further, if the delays are an indication of them being understaffed. |
