eXceem - How long does manual update take?

I got a message from the giveaway network support saying they would request a manual update of my account status (after I sent screenshots proving I completed an offer), but this was 2 days ago and nothing has changed. Should I just be patient or is there a problem with my account?

I had to do the same with an offer I did.. after the finaly got everything they needed it took them about 2-3 days to manual update the account for me so be patient a few more days..

What are they telling you when you send in another ticket asking whats happening? (I presume that you have been pestering them about it!

I sent in one about 4 days ago but it hasn't been answered, just asked if they knew when they'd be doing the manual update!

Thats strange.. well, maybe Tab will see this and turn up the torch behind his staff and make them work a bit harder answearing support tickets!!

i was told that they have applied for manual green on 27th and its now 7th, so its more than 10 days, I had done the JackpotJoy offer. They have'nt replied to my support tickets which I created asking when do they expect i'll be going green.

One of my referals did the Fasthosts site under me on 7th march and he has not gone green either.

I hope Tab reads this.

Yes, me too... I guess I will wait until Monday before posting another support ticket. I'm never sure if harassing support simply slows things down even further, if the delays are an indication of them being understaffed.

Really sorry about this guys....... We are behind on manual credits at the moment due to some unforeseen circumstances. All outstanding tickets will be dealt with as soon as possible, so if you should be going green, rest assured you will do.

Hey Tab u must have read my post above could u plz lemme know when can i expect to go greem? Coz its been over a month since i completed the offer and almost 10 days since confirmation was givenfor manual confirmation.
