 | Well, you could have asked first...I just went on the photo gallery on the giveaway site and saw the picture I posted on Exceem of the PSP I received from gameconsolegiveaway!! I don't recall ever giving permission to giveaway to use this...  I guess they can use it, just would have been nice to have been asked.

| Re: Well, you could have asked first...if you took the picture yourself you legally own the copyright unless someone else buys it from you. You can grant permission for an image to be used. Strangely enough if you were to take a picture of me (without the lense cracking) then you would own the copyright and I would have no copyright rights on it whatsoever, although I could legally challenge it's use if it was used in a defamatory manner.
