A date has been set for the insolvency meeting, which will be on September 3rd 2009 in London.

FurbtasticM is hoping to go - work permitting - and has told me he would be willing to represent (if thats the correct word) eXceem members at the meeting, obviously if you want to go then you are entitled to do so.

To help as much as I can I am arranging the data from the earlier post I asked members to report, into something more usable. If you have some more info to add then please read and report the post that applies, any history in communications that you may have to etc.

I would like to say thanks to FurbtasticM as he has been doing some comunication in a area he knows alot more about than anyone else I know any questions you have would probably be better directed at him.

I've had a few messages from people thinking of attending the meeting and do not want it to look as if I am discouraging that, far from it....it would save me a day's holiday and the travel expenses!

Anyone who is owed money can attend and Tab will be there to answer questions. We just need to make sure that we put the right questions forward.

I'm easy and just trying to help.

The more information the better, so even if you only have a couple of yellows it would be useful to report that to John, along with any relevant copies of support tickets, particularly those promising things that never actually got done (like payments, verifiying etc etc).

On the 3rd we will have an idea exactly what is left in the pot and whether anyone will get paid out (which I suspect is very unlikely, unfortunately).

Neither.

The IP's head office is in Lutterworth and the meeting is in their London office. The trading address is at the top of the notice, Bishop's Stortford.

Just want to say thanks for going for us Furb (although I know you're owed a fair bit of cash too, it's nice for you to offer to represent us). I'm owed 10 referrals, promised since November, and reported to Jon on a thread ages ago. I know we probably won't get anything, and I'm glad I can't go.... because I wouldn't be able to resist giving Tab a piece of my mind, and I wouldn't want to appear immature!
