I've been in communication with the liquidator since September 2009 but it looks like the saga is just about at an end...the owner of GA was declared personally bankrupt in December.

The hope was that we could have recovered some of the £300k he took out of the business in the last two years but that is now extremely unlikely (unless he has a fair bit of equity in his property, which I can't see).

If I get any information on the bankruptcy itself I will let you know.

On behalf of all of us stiched up by GA, I just wanted to say a proper 'thank you' to you for all you have done on this matter. I know you were also owed (a substantial amount) from GA, but keeping us all updated, providing us with info and advice etc has, IMO, been extremely helpful and selfless of you.

Ah well. I missed all of this. I think I had a few greens on some of their sites, but can't really remember. And it was probably a drop in the ocean compared to what some people were waiting on.

But just want to also add my thanks to Furbs/Jon and others that helped and have been giving updates.

Agreed with both, I wasn't owed anything but it was a superb job both Steve and Jon did in trying their hardest to sort out the situation, my hat goes off to the both of you
