 | After a quick chat with FurbtasticM I still have a couple of quick questions, but in short it would appear that salary's drawn in one past financial year were excessive. It is also evident that the Inland Revenue were not paid (any or some??) income tax for the salary's paid, as well as some cooperation tax. In cases of insolvency the Inland Revenue are always front of the queue and with the bank balance being pretty much zero any monies generated from sales of assets etc would be allocated to them first with no chance of any other creditors being paid what they are due (looking at one document a wholesaler and courier were listed as a creditor) People will find this fustrating, how ever any talk of "revenge" or similar will not be tolerated. I hope to add more facts soon, but i'll await on some advice before I do.
