Why can't I open any of the Giveaway sites?

I thought I should check new websites for freebies, so I tried OfferCentric but It wasn't open to Pakistan, So I tried Giveaway network, The main site opened with no problems but when I clicked on anyone of 360giveaway or ps3giveaway, the page could not be opened. It didn't give any error message that this site isn't open in your country.

Solution.....?????
