3 greens - How much?

Hi folks. I finally got a Lovefilm pending credited that had been pending since December. So I've now got 3 greens on Nextgen and want to use them up.

How much are 3 greens worth? I believe it's £22.50 each is that still right?

Can I cash out for that amount, if so how do I go about it?

If I want to place a custom order for an item, would I be able to get something for £67.50?

I thought I'd ask here as I'd get a quicker response than raising a ticket.

i believe the minimum order is 4 refs but yes its £22.50 cash £25 custom

I thought you just had to request a custom order before 4 refs. Couldn't find anything saying that the minimum was 4

From the Support site, this just advises to order a custom item before getting 4 refs;

Customer Notice
Please note the following changes to Giveaway: 1) A Custom Order can now only be chosen before you reach 4 green referrals. 2) Once you have added a custom order to your account, it may not be changed.

We now offer Custom Orders.

If you wish to receive a custom order you simply change your free gift to the "Custom Order" item, and then log a ticket stating what you would like to receive. There is a new department on the support desk called "Custom Order Requests" where you should log these requests. The item will then be added to your account and you will see how many referrals are needed for that item. Best of all you can also choose to receive Cash or Amazon Vouchers for custom orders at 90% of the value. Again you just choose what you would prefer when you place your order. Custom Orders are worked out at £25 per referral. So a Custom Order that costs £200 will be 8 referrals. There is a 4 referral minimum on all sites except shuffle, which is 2 referrals.

Ah I see, so is Exceem there new T&C's? No mention on the site anywhere about Custom Orders.

Is there nothing I can do with my 3 greens then, not even Cash out?

You'll be lucky, I pressed verify in March and nothing yet.

Sorry, just one last question. If I place an order for something that's £100 (4 referrals at £25 each) as a custom order, if I verify will I have the option to have 90% of the value as cash or a voucher?

Just so I know to look for something on Amazon.

yes when you have verified you choose item , cash or vouchers it will automatically calculate it at 90%
