I did request in another thread, but I will post it again, in a bit more detail.

While I understand how frustrating this situation is, I don't think it gives (some) members the excuse to post some of the stuff that has been said.

Therefore could all members please keep posts

• Factual
• To the point
• Honest.

Could members please avoid posts that are

• Their own opinion, rather than a opinion based on fact.
• Slanderous, libellous or deformative comments (i.e X network is **** etc, or X network is a bunch of thieves)
• Based on false information, or information they are speculation about (If you are not sure PM me and I will advise were I can)
• Discussing legal action until I have clarified eXceems position

Please take these requests seriously, if they are not respected then I will have no option other than to close threads and keep one thread open (with the possibility of comments being moderated before they are open to the public) for any confirmed updates only.

I know alot of you have been waiting far longer than is acceptable, there are a range of issues taking place that I am aware of, and I hope that everything should be resolved by the end of April.

Towards the end of the month if progress does not appear to be made then I will see what (if any) action I can make.

To all of those who still continue to accuse me of being in "cahoots" with Tab/GA - I am not, I have no direct financial link with any network. I personally have a few greens in GA sites which I don't want to loose either.

You are, either way I think it is fairly obvious what peoples opinions are - I will try to think of a way to re-word that line to something more relevant to were I am coming from.

I would much rather posts were geared towards resolving things rather than "network are XX" "oh that sucks" "etc", and at the end of the day other than venting anger what do they actually achieve?

tbh as the forum owner it's your choice what people can and cant do to a certain degree. but people are people and when the need arises they will vent anger.

GA have done themselfs no favours at all over recent events and its only natural your members will voice their opinions. i do agree some have said some things which may have been out of turn but with the lack of GA presence on the forum i wouldntn expect anything less.

I understand where your coming from Jon, but it would take 1-2 sentence post from Tab to end all this.

I've not read any of the stuff this is referring to and I'm lucky that I got my iPhone just in time to avoid this mess, but if something is clearly fair comment based on ascertainable facts then no will have problem with that.

However the concern seems to be that people are making statements which are not based on ascertainable facts and are defamatory towards either Tab or his company. Jon/eXceem become liable for these types of comments just 24 hours after being made aware of them. Having to police for these comments and remove them at any time within 24 hours would be an unfair burden on the mods and admins.

If comments are moderated before published then it gives the mods and admins the chance to determine which of the above the comment falls into. If it is the former i'm sure they will be published. If it is the latter they (quite fairly) won't be.

tbh I would rather not have to go down posting this thread but there is a limit to what's acceptable or not.

I do have faith that this could all be sorted by the end of April, if that does not happen then I will take a more active approach to help if I can do so.

These words sum the whole situation beautifully and no one can disagree with them. Those are the facts that many people have been saying for some time.

I dont think any of us don't believe for one second that tab or someone from GA will not have been browsing exceem as a guest but still no comment.

FACT is GA have brought this upon themselves and could have sorted it themselves easily months ago.

So why can't you tell us whats wrong? You seem to know what's going on behind the scenes at giveaway so why couldn't you just tell us what problems Tab is having which makes his network suddenly unfunctionable and ease our minds?

to be honest i agree with jon yes i was pee'd ages ago with a certain network but all sorted now but when i see some of the cringe worthy message about x network are thieves scammers etc, i feel when i direct sceptical people to exceem it can put them off and not wanna give it a go and try it.
all well n good haveing the look what i got free page but the first messages pweople see if x are scammers n so on

also i dont think it should be signalled to really one network ie ga yes they had a rough few months but by all accounts they were no one. there are alot of networks stated n starting since i joined so all netty's will find it harder i just hope all will be here to stay as ive done ok out of it

Some of the points in the first post will be modified and used in a new set of rules I am in the process of drafting, though people in general should always avoid "abbusive" negative posts, and stick to ones based on facts.

because its not his duty also tab does not really have to write on here also we were lucky he did also we're lucky lee (kudos) the freebiejeebies guys et al do post here. n we must be grateful they do running a business is hard enough without us all whinging my whatever has takeing a month to come. we should be grateful these guys have set up something that we get something for next to nothing.

Makes no difference if we get these things for "next to nothing" and dont forget many people do trades to get these greens.

Yes, tab is not forced to come on here and post when things arent going well but most people here are probably disappointed at the lack of communication.

It just looks like they dont really care about exceem members, just like freepay. However, they care enough to post when a new site needs promoted

i know what your saying mr top poster lol n you helped me on my way n im not getting into a arguement with anyone but ive been a member for a yr or so now n feel the networks come here to help there not oblige to say whats going on yes kudos n freebie are awesome but maybe cause they are we expect everyone to follow suit.
