HI all , as you all probs know i only came back ontoexceem after a little break .
and i noticed almost instantly the amount of threads in this section and others asking this that and the other , were is my cash/gifts/support/been waiting 2 months .
so i thought i would send a ticket into GA and ask a few questions , and tell them what was going down on exceem ( everyone peeeeed off ) ( other members sticking up for them and getting stick for it ) , now before anyone asks i didnt have any reason ( no greens on any GA site ) for the ticket other than to try and find out what the hell was going on .

here is the reply i got =

Thank you for your ticket Karl, and your concerns for our network. These will be passed onto Tab.

As you and all exceem members know, we have been working through certain problems since Christmas, including a backlog of orders and issues both with Lovefilm and VC Bets regarding updates and affiliate payments.

Many of these problems have been, or are in the process of being resolved, and we happily forecast a return to prompt business and order processing by the end of March.

Incidentally, all orders placed up to the end of January have in fact been cleared and despatched. Orders placed in February will be despatched in March.

Please note, the Giveaway Network has been operating for more than four years, sustaining an excellent reputation with its members and growing increasingly in size and reputability with each year.

We admit to facing problems with the start of 2009, as so many businesses have, but we assure you and all our members that we are riding the economic storm successfully, if not without some pain.

Support from our members during this difficult period, particularly those who have been with us or known us since the start, is very much appreciated.

Patience is all we ask as we move forward.

Cheers SandDancer, interesting to see you got a reply. I had sent something similar but got nothing like as detailed a response.

No idea why they persist with the "pass to Tab" line, since we know from Jon that he has no time to deal with GA issues.

Looks like the speculation may not have been quite so far off the mark after all!

well in my opinion GA went downhill soon after they announced the reversebid website ( maybe its a case of to much money spent on that )

slal03 is an unknown quantity at this point
comp pile of bull on tht ticket...first it was end of jan..then end of feb..now end of march...clearly come end of march it will be end of april...

even if the ticket isnt all lies...they have a right to reply to people's bloody tickets...they only reply to people who havent got pending orders and when its to do with anything other than ordering a gift. and im sick of the number of times lisa has said 'thanks...i will forward this to tab' or 'shipping' or 'cherie'....'who will get back to me very shortly'...."very shortly" im sure in many people's dictionary doesn't mean months.

like i dont mind if my stuff is delayed...but not THIS delayed...and even if it is...they need have an element of communication...not talk BS from the wrong end of their body...and generally just completely exploit US, their customers (who bare in mind effectively are the people getting them all the commission with which they get there bread and butter)

its just completely useless im sorry...

and what about the people who verified in nov/dec??? its march and i still hvnt received my stuff. need to involve consumer direct or some form of body who can deal with this unfair practice on consumers.

but yh, thanks for contacting them sandancer and showing concern lol. altho it now has just proven to me..they are defo only replying to people not ordering etc.

It still staggers me that only two or three eXceem members received stuff this time around. There maybe others who decided not to post but that is an incredibly low number for supposed the biggest network in the UK (which I doubt it now is, based on "active" members).

Given those sort of numbers, there must be scope in the workload to get the remainder of the backlog sorted. Maybe what they mean by "if not with a little pain" means "if not with cashflow issues". That is my take on it.
