f knows, its giving me a headache now. i only been waiting since 3rd of march but know of the problems since xmas. it takes a minute to update us their own website so why not do that instead of wasting loads of time writing back to tickets. Well half of us anyway

At what time does Jon decide he has to remove GA from the supported networks list?

As we speak, people may be signing up to GA because they see it in the supported sites section!

Let's, for a second, consider those who signed up to GA and are not members of exceem. We know things are going downhill but what about those who have absolutely no idea about there being problems, those are the ones who'll assume that the entire freebie scene is a scam. What should have been done imo would have been for GA to have sent a mass email out to all users saying there were delays etc before they let it all mount up. This would have helped restore faith and would have curbed speculation, things which would both have been in GA's interests. IMO leaving users in the lurch like this is absolutely despicable, especially after they've accrued all those greens from the same people.

I'm considered contacting Trade Doubler directly. There must be some condition of contract stating commisions must be passed on.

the problem with this is then tradedoubler / lovefilm etc may decide to withdraw from all sites , then we would all be screwed tbh.

Why would there be anything in our contracts with tradedoubler. They simply act as the go between between our sites and the advertisers. They do not just work with incentive sites and therefore would have no say in whether the commissions are passed on. That is down to each business to decide itself how it conducts its trade.

complete waste of time........... I speak from experience there......... there are a few of us on here who remember the Saul fiasco, TD threatened to withold his funds then bottled out when threatened with legal action, so as Moviedrome says there is no legal obligation, just a moral one.

Fair enough. To be honest I thought that would be the case after looking on the TD website straight after posting. By then it was too late to edit my post
