Let me get this straight. Will pendings ONLY go green if a manual credit is requested? Or is there a chance that some will without?

If I'm remember rightly, GA said all pendings had been updated a while ago, therefore all those left past 28 days will need to request manual update. Think that covers from Jan to about April. Not good.

Or do they simply plan on pocketing even more of the money which should be going to their users. They're the ones causing this whole problem, and they're making it worse for themselves by the day.

ok, if it was just one pending i could put up with it and maybe understand it didnt track properly but iv got 6 and theres not a chance i could get any of them to contact giveaway for a manual credit :-<

I have had 3 pendings in GA since about Jan, how am I supposed to contact them and provide proof for a manual credit!!!!

I feel sorry for the referrals themselves having completed their offer and never credited ....robbing bas*ards

I also have 5 since january. When they receive their commision, surely they got detailed info on who exactly completed the offers.

Jon, as you are the only person who seems to know what is going on are you able to shed some light on what will happen with these pendings? We promise not to shoot the messenger, right guys?

That's very true. There's nothing in their T&C's to justify this, and the fact they have never done this in 2-3 years of operation shows that it has clearly becme a term that they will do this themselves.

Of course getting them to acknowledge this is a whole other story, but that's my position on this anyway.

It looks like my GA timing was incredibly lucky as a got a gift in December and the service was pretty good back then, I feel sorry for everyone else because this kinda came from nowhere it seems - up until this year they were probably considered the safest site.

Through the Tradedoubler API it's possible to attibute certain sales to certain users. That's how the other networks can automatically process the reports and then apply the greens accordingly. These pendings used to have a 28 day period when they used to go green on GA, but this was stopped before christmas. I do not believe for one second that all these pendings have been mistracked etc, so there's no reason why they don't just run a report and get things sorted. They're clearly just stalling, and should be stripped of their exceem supported status, something which they've clearly took for granted. There's newbies joining exceem every day so we know the freebie scene is still growing, in this way I think it's wrong to continue to endorse a network which is failing its members, as only more unsuspecting people will sign up to GA not knowing what's ahead.

Can people who have verified and not received anything, requested a custom order and not heard anything, or have non updated pendings please read and report the posts in this thread - http://www.exceem.co.uk/forums/givea...-received.html

It seams a lot of people who are complaining in this thread have yet to do anything, and I need as much info as I can get for things to be effective.

I think people are wanting to see positive action - in the open. Or at least an explanaion about what is happening - and with GA still showing supported status the lack of confidence is understandable.
