I dont imagine they will be in a hurry to update pendings as this will just lead to more verifying and goods to buy...an even bigger backlog

I just had yesterday 11 manual updates gone to completed, so they must be slowly working on it.

Though it took 4 weeks in total to sort, to support tickets from me and two replies from GA taking 2 weeks to reply to each support ticket.

Just wonder how long it will take to verify and then send me my cash of £540

Finally, some good news!

I recently spoke of my mate being owed £275 from GA for auctions he won about 5-6months ago on thereversebid.com which, as you all know is owned by Giveaway. Well today he recieved the whole £275, i didn't believe him at first and thought he was messing me about (as i'm still waiting

) but he said he'll send me an email tonight proving he got it and believe it or not, here it is:

Just proves that they probably do have the funds and everyone should be paid after a very very long wait. Will have to ask him how he talked them into sending it though, he must've charmed Lisa and Cherie into it lol

I'm not sure that a couple small payments is enough to get excited about, nor is the fact that people are being asked to get tickets lodged (by their referrals) to get manual updates.

It's an utter disgrace if everyone's pendings are not accepted without manual updates. It basically means Giveaway have knowingly pocketed a LARGE sum of money. If this is the case (our oldest pendings from January etc aren't automatically credited) then I feel something has to be done about that.

Now that those pendings are getting to 5 months old, the chances of successfully getting each of them credited are slim to none.

Fair enough if gifts are delayed - as long as they are sent out eventually. Perfectly acceptable if it means the business stays afloat, meaning everyone receives their gifts.

However, consciously acting in an unethical manner in an already controversial industry is a big mistake. Especially when backed up by such a large, influential and knowledgeable community. Fusion Media need to do much more than ‘speed up’ if they hope to keep running...

To ask people to get refs to send in tickets for manual updates is just plain daft. Surely GA know that most people simply cannot contact these refs (especially after 5 months).

Easy way to bomb out of a few more payments imo!

If its over 28 days they are asking that you get the person who completed the offer to contact them to gain a manual update. Which is a total blow out !!!!

I'm ready to cry now. I had 12 referrals, I lost 4 being scammed on here, (Ginister I'm still waiting for you to complete an offer on consoles) so pressed verify for 8. Now another trade I did on here has gone back to no offer completed.

Now I can't order anything and have been waiting 6 weeks just to verify.

I think they have been verifying accounts today which is why you might have lost a green, because I have finally been verified after a month or so. I know that's probably not want to you want to hear but for the rest another glimmer of hope that there is activity.
