I used to think that this was a great way of keeping in touch with everyone (network owners included) and provided a great way of developing a rapport with the owners, with all the banter that used to go round. It made the whole freebie scene much less serious, and meant you could have a laugh with what would otherwise be quite a boring/frustrating/depressing hobby. I know that exceem makes up a very small percentage of the networks customer base, but i'd bet that the majority of users could be originally sourced back to exceem members. I think for most networks also exceem is essential for launching new sites etc, as some very prolific referrers reside here (you know who you are ).

Furthermore, Exceem has always been mutually beneficial as a means of developing user/user and user/owner relations. In this situation I feel that GA has taken this for granted, shown by their lack of communication. I was a partisan GA user up until this whole fiasco, and could not have faulted them in any way, but I feel the way in which they have kept everyone guessing has revealed how little they value the importance Exceem has in the freebie scene.

End of the day as Jon said, the payment went in on monday so we'll see if they fulfil the outstanding orders.

I seriously hope not. I take it you haven't heard anything from GA then regarding your money. Also, i'm sure Claire would have posted as soon as she got anything so we can assume she's probably still not got her 700 quid yet either.

If they sent it on Friday then it could land in your account tomorrow I suppose. Although it probably won't. How much you waiting on?

Just a small BT which they can't even send! My mates waiting on £275 though and he got the same response as me but still hasn't recieved anything

I wonder if they sent anything to people outside of eXceem, all we've seen is a £90 cheque but they must have sent out some more..

They will disregard the whole freebie scheme as a scam, which is a shame.

GA was my first network, thankfully I have a bit of common sense and read the forums properly. I knew it wasnt a scam.

About the £90 that was given out. This is ridiculus. We were promised everything owed out would be sent out. I even had an email last week saying it would be dispatched and it wasnt. I'm getting so angry now, I wish I didnt go for the smaller refs instead of the super service of other networks.
Its me i'm a jinx. Everything i touch crumbles to nothing lol

Yeah think about how many users in the GA network aren't members of exceem though? They won't have a clue about all this bull**** that's going on. They're the ones who are going to get royally screwed over when they end up giving up because their tickets aren't being answered, greens not being credited, and gifts are not being sent . They'll also be the ones who just walk away thinking it's a massive scam, to the gain of the network.

What is their reason for a lack of replies to support tickets? The issues they have stated don't excuse the fact that they reply to support tickets every two weeks.

Also, if they're unable to credit offers, verify and ship items then what exactly do they do all day?

Probably sit their all day refreshing TradeDoubler watching their balance go up as unsuspecting users complete offers, not knowing the trouble that lies ahead

Yeah noticed this, been waiting on three now since january!! Does anybody know if the same applies to new sign-ups offers not registering? Ever since this whole upset I have had a streak of non-offer-completers, which is unusual as Giveaway was having good ratios for me.
