![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I agree the service from GA has been shocking and have said so many times but us mere members don't know the reason why tab isnt on here and maybe should think about it before people give him stick. If tab had a major health problem that meant he couldnt be on exceem or something similar, think how small you and/or others would feel after giving him stick. All I'm saying is that stick is deserved where it is due but let's just wait and see if we get a reason. If the reason simply is that they have avoided exceem because they didnt want hassle/abuse, then maybe the stick will be deserved and I certainly wont be defending them. I'm not defending them now, I just know by my own experiences recently that maybe it's better to find out the truth first, agreed?

| iPod 30gb | The way i see it is this - giveaway are a business - we are the customers ( along with probs hundreds of other customers who are not part of this community ) we as customers have a right to know what the hell is going on. we as customers have a right to know were our gifts/orders/bank transfers are. if you were to be treated like this by any other business what would you do about it. just because giveaway are a freebie network does not give them the right to hold onto everyones gifts/money . giveaway get paid the same time as every other freebie network on this forum. we do the offers/get the refferals then giveaway get paid - they should then send out the gifts asap ( not keep people waiting for 3 months or more ) . if giveaway are in trouble then they should say so ( on here or in support tickets ) And every day this goes on the reputation of the giveaway network goes down the pan ( and not just on here ), probs hundreds of other people who signed upto the once upon a time NO1 network are calling them worse than crap also , and telling friends and family that it looks like they have been ripped off.

![]() | Just got a response, looks like it is cashflow problems because Lisa mentioned "We apologise for the delays with despatch, and ask for patience while difficulties faced in the present economic climate are worked through." I just think its all stalling tactics as they told me to wait end of Feb and now they're telling me end of March. The credit crunch couldn't have affected a freebie network that badly. Check FJ out, going stronger than ever!

![]() ![]() | Well I got a reply to my support ticket within a couple of hours last night. The ticket was regarding lovefilm updates. Here's the response: "Thank you. Please expect Lovefilm to update within the next two weeks. They are currently updating once monthly, and with a 2-4 week backdate. However, if your referral has waited since January, and January updates have processed, please ask them to contact us directly for a manual update. Regards," Not sure why I should ask my referrals to contact GA for a manual update though, surely GA can see the ones they missed?
