The one plus that i can see about this situation compared with previous ones who basically just pocketed the money and ran off or not had enough money to pay out people is that if lovefilm genuinely havent paid out to GA for a few months, at least that will mean some money coming into GA which will hopefully be paid straight back out to members and not spent on "thereversebid". Thing is, even if GA do come back and pay out, in most people eyes they will be seen as untrusted if not unsupported and I expect exceem members will make their feelings (rightly) heard and send referrals elsewhere.

| I just received this reply, "Thank you. All outstanding orders up to February have been despatched. We are working now to clear March orders. A statement of issues has been posted on the exceem forum in answer to the queries raised there. Individual queries posted within the ticket system on the giveaway site are answered on an individual basis. I hope this clarifies." Presumably they mean people have posted copies of ticket responses on eXceem, because Giveaway certainly haven't posted themselves. |
