  | Update on Delivery DatesSupport ticket received last night: "Please note, all orders placed up to the end of January have now been despatched, including bank transfers and cheques. All orders placed in February are now being processed for despatch in March. Delivery dates will be given on user's account status page. We apologise for the delays incurred in our order processing stage, and that we are working to a 2-4 wk delay, but assure you that we expect to be up to current order processing-despatch by the end of March. Thank you for your patience."

| well I'm not getting anything, haven't updated my total amount properly yet and haven't got my BT details, why are they only replying to some tickets!

 | im in the same situation detox i dont know if i need to re verify or if my gift is being sent or what this has been going on since dec and the only answers i get are we have a delay , its been passed to shipping etc etc beyond a joke now tbh |

| Who'd have guessed it: "we expect to be up to current order processing-despatch by the end of March." It's easy to say 'we expect this..' 'we expect that...' because of course it doesn't guarantee anything. How can they still be experiencing delays never mind 2-4 week delays? I can't imagine that LOVEFiLM would leave issues unresolved for this long. If there aren't many threads on here in the next few days about people receiving gifts from GA then to my mind they are gradually disappearing. |

| I sent a ticket regarding my £135 cheque at 20:15 and got the exact same reply as furbs at 23:53 I suggested that they might have financial trouble so maybe thats why i got a quick reply ?? |

 | got that aswelll here i've got a question.. do giveaway do their "order dates" in american date style? Because my date reads 2/3/09 2:23 PM (order date) (still processing) either its american date style or they just changed the time i ordered so they didn't need to send me my cheque....
