I wish someone would pay for eXceems hosting bills, less money out of my own pocket each month - last (and only) gift I recieved from Giveaway was a iPod 2 years ago

I don't have a stance with Giveaway, I have stated what I belive, which is people who are (fairly) entitled to their gifts will get them, yes there are delays beyond what is expected but there are reasons for them, and hopefully all will be back on track shortley.

If you take a look at my previous posts you will see I have also been defending other networks recently - in many cases network owners have "turned a blind eye" to some activities of eXceem members, I know Tab has done this in the past, however in this post I think from what you have posted your self proves you (and/or your referrals depending on how you look it) have set out to break the terms and conditions.

Just to add, Jon is one of the most (if not the) most trustworthy guy on eXceem. He has 5 blobs and is really well respected round here and would exceem be the thriving 12,000 member + community it is without him? I think not.
Why would he have any secret relationship with giveaway when they promoted the same as other networks on here and is just voicing his opinion by giving giveaway a chance instead of just discounting them as a good network anymore.

Sorry if this seems like a rant but Im basically saying... don't doubt Jon

You have obviously completed your offer and your mother in law has completed an offer as well. This is two offers that have been completed from the same computer regardless of whether your refferal id was used or not. Well what can I say. I really think that you are barking up the wrong tree here and not really doing yourself any favours or endearing yourself to the majority, Giveaway may be having some problems atm and what they are the majority of us do not know, but we understand that Jon has knowledge of what is happening and assures us that people will get their gifts and frankly that is good enough for the majority of us. I dont believe that jon would come forward and say that unless he believed it to be absolutely true.
I frankly hope that they are in financial difficulty and that it isnt something like Tab has suffered some accident or worse and that is the reason for his absence.

.....so how would you have known that the refferal was missing when she completed the offer and you were supposed to be out ? Maybe you could clarify this some more?

1. She completed an offer from her own computer on the second account she set up, she only set up an account on my computer when i was out.
She completed an offer on her second account using her computer at her house.

2. The morning after she had been babysitting, I checked my account and her referral was not showing, I rang her and asked her to check her account and she said her account was there but she must have done something wrong, so I e-mailed her my referral link and she set up a new account on her computer and then completed an offer - I know this would lead her to haveing 2 accounts, but her first account was an honest mistake and she sent in a support ticket asking for the first account to be scrapped, unlike other netowrks like FJ, GA were unwilling to scrap her account although she had owned up to it and it was an honest mistake.

3. I wholeheartedly apologise for my misdirected rant at Jon, this is totally out of frustration with GA. I as well hope Tab is OK, but I really hope it is not financial problems either.

4. I also apologise if I have upset anyone else with my frustrated ramblings, and also for miscommunicating my problems by typeing fast in a red mist and not checking what I have typed before posting.

5. I am not trying to scam the network, I am not dumb, and if i were, I would not have attempted it in such a blatently stupid manner. I have full understanding of IP Addresses and IT in general (having spent years working to a senior level in some of the worlds biggest corporates).

your account has been placed on hold due to 2 accounts being created from the same pc then a third account with the same details and an offer being completed.
GA have now way of proving you havent tried to scam them, so they have measures in place which youre now feeling the effects of.

best case senario is your mother-in-laws accounts are placed on hold and you are reinstated, but things being as they are i doubt very much this will happen.

Yes I agree with Harvey it looks very likely that the account has been put on hold as they have recognised two accounts being generated from the same computer, then another account then being generated from another computer with the same details as one of the ones linked with yours, you can understand that from Giveaways side of things it looks suspicious as to why this has happened, to all intents and purposes it must look like 3 accounts in total from the same person. As you are the originating account and also two of the accounts were generated from your machine it has the result of you being placed on hold. This is unfortunate and a little bit more complicated than the usual duplicate account scenario. I am afraid that the only one that can resolve this for you in any way would be Tab. You can send in support tickets but they have to follow a set of procedures and in this case you would probably be denied, you need to speak to Tab and rely on his good nature to sort this one out for you.
I can assure you though that in the past Tab has been extremely good in sorting out a problem for me with a duplicate account and I have since received my Ps3. So there is hope there but it resides with Tab and Tab alone. Good Luck.
