No i'm not here to slag giveaway off or anything, just wondering when was the last time they replied to a ticket? I submitted one about 3 days ago and haven't recieved a reply, it's got nothing to do with shipping me a gift or anything, just a question regarding my account so i thought i'd get a quick response. Has anyone recieved a reply within the past 3 days?

i'm getting a bit peed of too..replied to a ticket about week half ago about a BT, then nothing, so made a new ticket...still nothing! ....

What I don't quite understand is why we get responses saying "I have passed the matter to Tab" when the information we are getting is that he is not in a position to deal with matters related to GA?

same, i am waitng till the end of february before looking now i remember someone saying that at the end of february they will be paid by their advertisers and then they should get us r freebies

I think on another thread someone said GA were getting paid yesterday, so hopefully they'll start sending stuff out now.

they got their payment yesterday, should hit their bank account by 21st or 22nd i think

I didn't think GA's issues had anything to do with cash flow, what difference would the timing of TD payments make

ive only been waiting since december ......... getting really hacked off tbh as i could do with the cash , the only replies i get are its been passed on to such and such dept , no straight answers.

they messed my order up for a start, instead of £540 its showing £414! it's like they gone on holiday for a month

I can tell you one thing for sure, I am getting speedy responses to tickets, but they are all basically negative, things like my account apparently being fraudulent, which is nonsense.

It seems that they are quick to reply to things that are not either going to cost them to shell out any money or to tell you that you aren't gonna get your stuff but we will keep the money from all your greens... (Don't mention the cashflow, I did once and didn't really get away with it!)
